Return & Refund

 

If your product is damaged or you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we will happily provide a refund.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Please note that the item must be returned within 6 weeks in the original condition and we do not cover the return shipping costs. The item price will be refunded to you when the returned item is received by us. We may charge you for relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.).

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@roseliana.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
